1 - create
Create a new Kubernetes cluster
skyramp cluster create
Create a new local cluster or register an existing Kubernetes cluster.
skyramp cluster create [flags]

-d, --dashboard install dashboard

-l, --local local cluster
-n, --name string name of the cluster to be created
